The screenshot you pick is sent to an AI service to produce the analysis, and it is not kept after the result comes back. The app never uploads or stores the image itself. Everything you see afterwards, the analysis, your history and the people you track, is stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Open Settings and tap "Delete all my data". It clears your scans, results and saved people from the device, and erases your invite code and anonymous ID from our server. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
One, and it does not reset. After that you can subscribe for unlimited results, or earn three analyses for the week by sharing your invite code with someone who installs the app and redeems it.
Subscriptions renew automatically and are managed by the App Store, not by us. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Klaro there. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". If that does not bring it back, send a message above and include the date of purchase.
Klaro reads tone from text alone, so it can misread sarcasm, in-jokes and context it cannot see. Treat it as a second opinion on a conversation, not a verdict about a person.
